Recently my car had broken down and was sent to Jai Auto on the 27th of May and was found to have a defective battery. As per the service manager Mr Ajit Malik the battery was under warranty as per the sale invoice of the car but not by their company system as it showed the car was sold to me in the month of Feb of 2011 which wasn’t the case as I bought my car in the month of Dec 2011. I sent them all the paper work proving the date and sale of the car. This is totally absurd and ridiculous that I have to go through all this to get my battery changed under warranty. I don’t understand first of all I paid in full and why was I sold such an old inventory and if it was why am I not getting proper service from the company. I had the same issue with them a few months back to get my compressor changed and also the leather work in my car is all coming out.Is this really the quality and service that we get after paying so much and no one is taking responsibility. This has really caused me a lot of stress and harassment. Now it’s been 21 Days and the car is still with the company.How is it possible that no one is taking any responsibility for the same. I have sent all the papers required and still nothing. This is a minor issue of a battery change which hasn’t been resolved in these many days specially when it’s their fault.After being a loyal customer this is the treatment that we are getting from this dealership. I don’t understand how such companies are allowed to operate in our city or anywhere in India.
I just need my car back or changed and also any kind of relief that would teach them a lesson and they do not repeat this with anyone else.
