I took delivery of Skoda Rapid, purchased from TAFE Access, St. Marks Road, Bangalore. I paid an amount of Rs.11775/- on June 25 2013 to buy “Extended Warranty” for the car. But i still did not get the same even after several reminders and escalations to Skoda Customer care. There is no response on refunding the amount or the availability of the extended warranty.

I want the extended warranty certificate to be given to me as soon as possible.
