I had bought a Skoda Rapid Car (Ambition variant) (HR 26BR 1833) on March 07, 2012 from Fahrenheit Automobiles, Motinagar, New Delhi (the dealer). I paid Rs 8,99,673 at the time of buying car. I have receipts of all amount paid to Fahrenheit Automobiles. I paid such amount for Skoda Rapid Car, RTO charges, insurance and Music stereo system. I requested invoice for the car sold at the time of buying car but they denied by saying that they will provide after issue of number. After one year (after so much follow-ups) they provide the invoice of Rs 814,000 only which is an ex-showroom price only. I want the invoice of full value of the amount paid. I have earlier lodged a complaint in CORE for multiple issue including this issue. Complaint No is 74327.2.2014

Invoice of full value and Rs 2000 for legal expenses paid for serving legal notice served in the month of June 2013 but no response received, Rs 5000 for 5-6 unnecessary trips made to dealer showroom and Rs 10,000 for unnecessary waste of time and efforts. Total Compensation Rs 17000 required.
