New car has faulty AC BOught in Nov 2013. Was taken in For ac JOB ON 3RD OF jUN 2014 iTS BEEN 45 DAYS EVER SINCE….THE ac IS NOT FIXED. Facing a lot of problems

No car to go to workplace. Has to depend on public transport which is very inconvenient and expensive. My office is very far(reason for buying a diesel variant). Business is also suffering as My husband has to cancel meetings at times because of unavailability of the car. Son has to take Van to school which is further an expense(Rs. 2000/- pm). EMI which I’m paying every month for the car which I cant use. personal professional, family life …everything is adversely effectd.

Replacement of the car with a new one. Compensation for the inconvenience and trobles caused to me due to carelessness, ignorance and procrastination by/ of the dealer and the company. I also seek reimbursement of the expenses incurred on the transportation and EMI
