Dear Sir: This is my complaint against Company with name “Skylark Biz Solutions” dealing in online sale of electronic cigarettes of V2 Cig India brand. They have a website (www.electroniccig.co.in) promising to deliver their product in 2-3 days time. I had ordered a packet on 29 April 2015 vide order number 100000057 and immediately made money transfer of INR 1985 to their account. Till date neither the packet has been delivered nor they are giving any update on the same. I am been trying to contact them on the phone but no one is picking up. I even tried to drop an email but no response. It appears they are fraud company. I want to register a case against them for harassing the customer. Hence I would be most grateful if your cell look into this matter and help me in refunding my money. Do let me know in case you need any further information.
