iam from indore.i have a broadband internet service.speed is 256 kbps.since the network is bought by the intonet from the sify ,my internet speed has gone very slow.when i complain them that the speed is very slow they say different reason and refuse to accept the speedtest result that i have ran on this site.i dont know what to do now.the result sumarry is as follows:-
96.55 kbps.i mean it is not near to 200 kbps.when my connection is of 256 kbps i must get atleast 150-180 kbps.
