I had been promised the speed of 4mbps by SmartLink Broadband and had paid in advance full but i was delivered very low speed much less than the promised and there was no provision for internet after 12 am. When i inquired the concerned person about this discrepancy i was provided by the excuse of heavy rains so i did not bother them much and the problem persist through the months from june to september and still continues even now when i ask them about the bad service they deny providing any information and i have even been blocked from calling one of there employees named Kanif.
I have had to go through much duress because of the constant arguments with the employees of smartlink ltd.Because of there inconsistent services i have been unable to communicate properly with my business counterparts and i have had to face the reparations.Because unavailability of internet at night i have been unable to receive updates on my early morning flights and all these i had to suffer even after all the payments had been done in advance. Hence i have faced huge psychological and financial damages directly or indirectly because of the underpar services provided by Smartlink ltd.
I am not looking for monetary concessions all i want is a written apologetic letter from the company and Mr. Kanif face disciplinary actions for his incompetent and unethical handling of customers as he had me blocked so i couldn’t inquire about the inconsistencies in the services provided.
