I am receiving unwanted SMS from the telemarketers for the past 1 year. I am registered with NDNC registry and also I had registered the complaint numerous times with Airtel for stopping the same. But till date the I am still receiving the SMS which is very irritating and frustrating.
I am using this number for the past 7years and didnot want to cancel hoping that Airtel has the best customer care service and will resolve the problem immediately. But 1 year is too long time and my interactions for the past 1 year give the impression that the quality of Airtel customer care has completely gone down.
If the problem doesnot get resolved in another 1 month, then I am forced to cancel this number and move to another service provider.
Thankfully there are lot of them in the current market; Aircel, Tata docomo being the best of them.
