All of the sms I sent to USA are not delivered but Rs.5/- for each of the sms is deducted from my prepaid account. I contacted the Customer Service around noon and again at midnight on 24th March 2010 but got no helpful reply. One person from the customer care suggested that if I received a message that ” sms sent ” it is considered as message sent even though I get another message as “message not delivered”. Another person directed me to set up my message centre! If you are not able to deliver the message why you are deducting money from my balance for the not delivered messages.
