aashil togadia here….i am using airtel from 1 yr…now yestreday 8-3-2010 i did recharge of 102 msg. and i ws suppose to get free msg ( 500 ) …which i got till 5 pm..and then dey said its over…i used around 100 msg only….so this is INSANE….n your costumor care officer AMRISH DABHI is not ready to litsen at all….i m not a loser who will call 121 if i ve used 500…i did not use 500 msg….still dey say i ve used 500 msg…..WHICH IS WRONG……n wad is sms counter….i m computer engineer ….n he ( AMRISH DABHI)ws makin me fool abt it…sry but plz take some action..
