Does SnapDeal Accept Faulty Product Shipped to Consumer ?

I have bought a simphony Kaizen JR water cooler from Snap Deal and have received the order on 17th Oct 2014. Product was having multiple issues as mentioned below: 1) On-Off Button was not working 2) Button showing cooler full and empty was not working 3) Cooler was having some insects which has caused our kid allergy on full body in a single day We have tried to return the product from 18th Oct 2014 itself, but we were not able to login to our account through snap deal. It was showing account is blocked. We have filled a complaint about the same on 26th Oct 2014 and we have got response that they can not take the faulty product back even if it was there server issue.

As mentioned earlier, our 4 months old kid got allergy on full body because of the insects in the Simphony Kaizen JR air cooler
