I ordered a phone On the 30th Dec 2012 Samsung Galaxy note –II and it was mentioned on the website “phone will be dispatched on the 1st Jan-13 and at the same time message on 9899997872 and email was sent to me saying the same .When I spoke to their customer service they said it is out of stock however it is still available on the website, seems strange!!. Infect If is not available I will be charged interest on the phone by the bank and also It will affect the relationship of mine with the bank I am calling again and again to their customer care but they are not working and giving me excuses, I sent a mail to CEO tarn Bahl but I have got any reply , I am fed with there services , they charged whole amount on very first day but till date they have not shipped my product. Please help me .

I want my phone deliver and compensation against they give stress to me.
