Purchased the product on 10% cashback offer in mid of March. After purchase they says the money will be refunded to account by 30th April 2015 but nothing was refunded. Tried contact them multiple times no response they just provide the complaint id saying it will be solved in 48 hours but nothing happens. Each time contacted they provide with new complaint id with 48 hours time and no response
