Snapdeal.com – Cancelled order, No Refund

I ordered a Bajaj food processor from Snapdeal.com on 26 july 2014 order id 2499338578 and paid Rs.4608 online using debit card.But soon after I decided not make the purchase and before the product was dispatched I cancelled the order which is allowed by snapdeal itself.After that as per norms of the company they initiated the refund from their side and gave me a refund reference no.74332744208420706868780. According to snapdeal the refund was initiated on 4th august and would take roughly 5-7 days for the amount to be credited in my bank account. But till date my money is not refunded and I am due for refund even after 11 days. They never give any proper reply and this is the second instance where I have been denied refund from snapdeal and have no other option but to knock at the doors of consumer forum.this is my second complain against the same company to consumer forum.

Want my money back at the earliest and want action to be taken by consumer forum at the earliest on this issue. I have already registered a complain against the same company. Please take proper action so that I am not harassed for my hard earned money.
