I have Purchased a mobile from Snapdeal.com on 3rd may,2014 order no. 2042413316. At that time a scheme, SBI 10% cashback was there on my product. So i fullfilled all the conditions to avail the discount. The deadline for the refund was 20th june 2014. But i didn’t received any refund form Snapdeal.com. I tried contacting them but They kept on postponing and till date 20-09-2014, I haven’t received any cashback of Rs.1000/- according to offer provided by Snapdeal.com . I am attaching documents for proof.

I want my Rs. 1000/- back and that’s it.
