I ordered for Nokia Lumia 530 Black on 23rd of September,14 at RS 6364 through Snapdeal.com, online. They delivered me the wrong product Nokia Lumia 530 grey which is about Rs 600 less than the black one, which i ordered for. I paid the money to them in Cash on Delivery(COD) method. I requested them to return their wrong product and straight way refund my money. The product was returned from my home, and a NEFT form was given by them for filling up my a/c details.I provided them the below details of my a/c. SBI BANK. NAME: SAPTADEEP MONDAL. ACCOUNT NO: 30922342693. IFSC CODE: SBIN0006693 BRANCH: ASANSOL BAZAR BRANCH. On 23rd of oct,14 they said they refunded my money. But till date 6th Nov,14 the amount did’nt reflected in my a/c . They asked for images of my bank statement, I have also forwarded that along with my a/c details once more. But they are not responding anyway, just saying “we are working on that”. They even haven’t provided me the UTR number of the NEFT, which they are saying they have refunded. I am in great distress for the last one month. Seems my money has been robbed. I want the full refund of my money Rs 6364.00 along with full compensation for holding my money for such a long period. I have wasted about Rs 500.00 to call them a several times. I want to be refunded + compensated from Snapdeal.com
