Snapdeal.com – Faulty hard disk, Replacement Delayed

They sold me a 500 gb seagate hard disk through snapdeal.com. after 3 months the hard disk got spoiled. i called snapdeal regarding the problem. snapdeal support told me to visit segate service center for replacement. i visited seagate service center. there i realized that the hard disks warranty is expired and the hard disk cannot be replaced by end customer. it is purchased as a component of OEM by a wholesale dealer. hence they told me to contact the seller. I called pioneer digital. they spoke very nicely as if they are going to give the best service. they told me to return the hard disk to their address and they will give the replacement immediately. hence i couriered the hard disk back to them. i have the invoices. after 3 days the hard disk got delivered to them. i called them asking the status. they said they will send me new hard disk on Monday 6th October 2014. i waited for 3 days. later i tried to call many times. they are not picking the call purposefully. am trying since 3 days. they are not answering any calls. this is planned cheating. now i realize that they have not sent the new hard disk and they have robbed Rs 3.5K with snapdeals help. i want the hard disk or the money back and strict action again pioneer digital delhi. they should never try this again.
