I bought a Hp pavilion laptop in www.snapdeal.com with order number 3425931936.they delivered a product which worked partially for a week later i got problem. so contacted them for replacement they replied that they need DOA copy from laptop brand but laptop brand people clearly explained that they cant provide DOA to E-retailers. I forwarded they same to help@snapdeal.com,later on they or not contacted me, i tried calling them they are asking same about DOA letter. this posses is happened nearly 1 month still i didn’t received any response.

I want my money back and penalty for selling faulty products and wasting my time and resources for what i paid.
