Snapdeal.com – Jaipan Faulty Not Running

I had purchased a food Processor of Jaipan company in Rs.4559/- from Snapdeal.com. I received the product on 14/7/2014. It was faulty and not running when I made a complain with them they gave me a no. 7906993 dated 16/7/2014. and said that as per the rule I made a complain within seven days time so I need not to worry now it is their duty to replace the item or refund the money. I made so many calls to their associate courier company Bluedart after that they sent two more food processors and both were faulty. Now they are saying that the complain was not in time frame and I need to contact with Brand Owner and not returning my money. Please take strict action against such fraud companies and make my money refund at the earliest. Also instruct them that their customer care should not misguide people that their money is safe in the hands of SNAPDEAL and no need to worry (Trust Pay Gurantee) they make us fool by saying so.

They should refund Rs.4559/- + Rs.400 for phone expenses and Rs. 600/- for mental suffering and time loss. Overall Rs. 5559/- should be given to me by Snapdeal.com
