I Have Placed an order with SNAPDEAL.com Vide order no 3928932217 on 11-Dec-2014 ( on eve of Great Online Shopping Festival-2014) for Karbonn Titanium Octane Plus White-1No and paid Rs 5740/- through Credit card and the order had been confirmed by snap deal( Copy of Mail enclosed) and the estimated dispatch date was On or Before Dec 15, 2014 . Later on 13-Dec-2014 i found out the status(in the website of snap deal) that the order is cancelled. When I inquired about the same SNAPDEAL.COM has replied “Since the wrong price updated on the website your order was cancelled.” ( The Mail Conversation attached). My request to SNAPDEAL.COM was simple 1. Why should I pay the price for error committed by the SNAPDEAL.COM 2. If the error was genuine why the order was not cancelled on the same day but cancelled 2 days later and with no information or intimation to me 3.How can “inaccuracies or errors in pricing information” can be justified as genuine and not deliberate to show the falsified growth/profit of business . 4.How do SNAPDEAL.COM define the term ‘INACCURATE PRICING’ where on the three days 10-12Dec2014 products were sold at lower price than available at market, and non of the price offered by different websites are same and seems INACCURATE. So, are all the price of products are INACCURATE? 4.Who is going to compensate the interest and charges for the Credit Card apart from the suffering and agony and Insult in front of friends and family for the so called “In accurate Pricing” Hence i requested SNAPDEAL.COM to deliver the product as the fault was’nt on my side and the offered price was already paid by me but they were ignorantly denied my request. My honorable request to yourself is to look into the matter about the modus operandi and ill practices followed by the E commerce giants Like SNAPDEAL.COM to gain undue business/profit by portraying false offers.

I require the actual product that is ordered for, and also to compensate for the delay and grief caused
