I have purchased a mobile product from their website on 15/01/2014 at 00:09 AM. They have mentioned in their website that it will get dispatched in 3 business days but I got a confirmation SMS stating that it will get dispatched by 20th jan which I didn’t expect. I have contacted their customer care people who were irresponsible and tried to defend themselves that they will not consider the day in which I have placed the order which they didn’t mention on their site..

I have placed an order at 00:09 on 15/01/2014 expecting it to be dispatched by 17/01/2014 which includes three business days.they didn’t mention anything like we will not consider the day in which I have placed the order as a result the shipment would be getting delayed by 3 working days.

Their customer service executives were irresponsible and dealt me in a harsh way which I never expect from those people. They hurt my ego and I want them to get punished and I want my product to shipped with in the date of my expectations.
