Dear Sir/madam, I had purchased home gym from snapdeal.com which was delivered on 9the Dec 2013, the product which was shown on website was kind of metal but actual product is foam based with quite damaged and some material were not working. I complained to snapdeal immediately after receiving the product but they just left me saying that we will revet back, we will revert back. Request for your kind help please.
