I had ordered two products from SnapDeal.com online. They have delivered me both the product within a 7 days. Out of two one product was duplicate. As soon as I found the duplicate product I contacted them and asked them to send me the original product and take this product back. But it seems they are not much concerned. I had a call from them twice and they said we will refund you the amount. But till date they have not delivered the original product and not the refund amount. All the required documents are attached with the complain. Following are the documents, 1. Order details 2. Payment details and receipt from them 3. Delivery details 4. Email communication between SnapDeal and me 5. The original product details along with the brand website URL 6. The product I have received 7. Refund status – No refund
As I have faced too much of mental stress and unsatisfied with there service. I want the original product (for which I have paid for) and at least of Rs. 1,00,000/- (INR 1 lac) from SnapDeal. So that they will respect every individual customer and won’t make same mistake in future. Thank You.
