Snapdeal.com – Sale of Used Product When Promising Brand New

I have placed an order for buying XOLO Play 8X-1200 Brand New Phone through online in Snapdeal.com on 12-01-2015. For that I have made a payment of Rs.18188/- through SBI Internet Banking. They accepted my order and promised to deliver on 17-01-2015 but they have delivered the product on 23-05-2015 through First Flight Courier Service. I have picked up the parcel and opened it. I found that the phone was already used because it is already configured with a GMail-ID(nasinghh64@gmail.com Navjeet Singh). So I informed the Snapdeal in this regard. The details of my conversation with Snapdeal Support are attached with this complaint for your kind notice.

They should refund the amount of Rs.18188 paid by me + Compensation of Rs.1,00,000/- to my account.
