Snapdeal.com Shipped Non Working TV, No Replacement

Hi, I have order Phillips from Snapdeal.com o which I got & installed at my home on 29-Sept-14 . I found my TV not working on 1st NoV 2014 & Logged a complaint in Phillips Customer about it my Complainant Id is : PGZB0111140001. Technician visited same day(Saturday) & reported that Motherboard of Tv is not working need to replace and would we replace on Monday 03-Nov-14. Now on Monday he is telling me that some closings happening in Phillips so it will take additional 3-4 days. Now when I asking Mr.Zayad to replace my while TV he is ignoring me saying will not replace the Tv.

TV replacement or Money Refund.which ever is available.
