On 18th July, 2014 i placed order to buy 2 No. of 16 GB. Pen-drive through Snapdeal.com. But I received only 1 (one). Lodge a complaint to customer care Number 09212692xxx. My complaint No. 8010376. On 16th August i am just wish to know what the present status is and make a call to customer care (09212692xx) once again through mobile No. 08926455xx at 2.45 pm. But i am not satisfied with talk to the executive and request to transfer to senior executive but she put me on hold almost 30 minutes intentionally. I am from Kolkata, STD call charge deduct from my mobile. I think there is some intention to avoid my compliant.
