I had buy cell phone ZTE V5 from snapdeal.com.(Refer invoice copy for more details). My cell phone is not working from last 3 to 4 days. ZTE tollfree no. is not in service due to some technical issue(1800 102 1900) I had contact to service center ‘PC support’ in Pune (contact no. 020 6601xxx. But unfortunately they were not able to provide ZTE service. Please provide me help to solve this issue as soon as possible.

No any damage. It is software related issue. My cellphone home screen launcher is fail. So that I can not access any mobile application. Now it is ideally dead device for me. Cell phone hangs many times before this issue occurred.
