I returned the product on 21-05-2015 to Snapdeal which is ordered by me. The courier charges are borne by me. I doesn’t received courier charges till now. I share the bank account details and courier slip to the snapdeal customer care immediately on that day to which I shipped the product. After a day, I received a email from snapdeal that your refund of courier charges are initiating by us on 22/05/2015 and it will be reflected in your bank account statement within four working days. Also I received a email from the bank from which the NEFT transaction will be done that the refund of Rs 200 is credited to your bank account having UTR no KKBKH15146587843. But after four days when the refund is not credit to my bank account I contact customer executive they told me that please wait refund will be credited in your bank account upto 29/05/2015. Again, when it doesn’t credit to my account I contact customer executive they told me again that we are already initiating your refund on 29/05/2015 and it will be reflected in your bank account upto 02/06/2015 but it doesn’t reflect in my bank account statement. I want to know that if they initiating the refund process on 29/05 /2015 then how they know the UTR transaction number on 26/05/2015. Please look into the matter and refund my courier charges as soon as possible. Thanking you
I want refund of courier charges of Rs 200 that I paid along with the amount of Rs 100 that I paid during the contact to customer executive on telephone.
