I have ordered a product “Smiledrive Automatic Toothpaste Dispenser & Tooth Brush Holder Set” from snapdeal on 25-11-2014 with snapdeal order ID-3703537402. I have paid the amount Rs 539 as cash on delivery. After receiving the product ,found the product was damaged and requested snapdeal to process the return request.Snapdeal has taken back the product by their courier partner JV_EXPRESS.Once they received the product back to their ware house they have initiated the refund of Rs 539 to my bank account which I have given in their online refund request portal.On 4th Dec(04-12-2014),I have received a mail from snapdeal saying “Your refund request with suborder code 4986543404 and ticket number 12612988 has been initiated through NEFT.”(Attached the email. On 10-12-2014 received another email from snapdeal saying “Your refund request is completed. Please find the details for refund below(Attached detail email)and same days another email received “Unfortunately, your NEFT refund request has failed because of PAID.”Then I have raised my concern to snapdeal again with ticket no-13073308. Snapdeal team said they are looking on this issue and will revert back to me.But even after almost 1 month,there is no reply from anyone. Please help me on this.
I want my money back as soon as possible.
