SnapDeal – Damaged Product received

We have ordered a Morphy Richards Oven through online on Snapdeal website. We received the oven on 02.09.2013 through courier. After opening the package, physically a big dent is noticed on the Oven top surface. On the same day 02.09.13, we filed a compliant for cancellation of the order.We received a mail from snapdeal on 05.09.2013 stating that they have arranged for a reverse pick up of the package. No one has come so far. Also we have contacted snapdeal customer care about 12-15 times in a span of 38 days to ask for the status of reverse pick up action. But every time, snap deal customer care is repling that they are arranging reverse pick up and the package will be collected within 24 to 48 hours.This has been the reply from the snapdeal customer care personnel all the time but still no action was taken. we even proposed to credit the amount we paid such that we can go for purchasing a new item and the reverse pick up can be arranged at their own time. But even then, no response. Complaint Number:3077647.

1. They shall replace the same product at zero additional cost. 2. The amount we spent on phone calling them to be reimbursed. 3. They shall pay us in monetary terms for all the mental tensions we underwent/undergoing and for the time spent on this issue in all these 38 days.
