I have given the reply as shown below to snapdeal customer care few minutes back, Dear sir/madam, I have never agreed on receiving money back, i have already told that i want my ordered original package asap. Do not write the false things. Really you have taken interest of my money for so many days. At first you delivered the wrong product, then you raised a complaint that it will be replaced as soon as possible after receiving back the wrong product. Now you are writing the false thing to avoid your fault by harassing me by not giving my ordered product and you are telling that customer’s can trust their money on snapdeal. What a joke. Immediately send the ordered new and original product with warranty to me otherwise i will file a consumer case and inform every body in my circle not to buy anything from snapdeal. Really you people are mis-communicators and you are doing a great job in harassing people in this way.
