We ordered Bajaj Air Coolr TC 2007 at price of Rs. 5099. Our Order # is 899781385 dated 6/3/2013. We received broken product. The coolers tank was cracked. After receiving we put water in it and started. Soon we realize it is leaking from bottom and whole carpet floor got damaged. We complaint within couple of hours of receiving it. Our complaint ticket # with Snapdeal is ticket #1755402. It has been more than a month and still they haven’t resolved it. A bluedart delivery person came back to look at it after 3 weeks of delivery and he said they will replace it but still no reply from them. I emailed them 3 times but no resolution.

Money back Rs. 5099 for the product we paid. + pay for the time we spent and frustration we are going through till date.
