i had oredered a weighing machine worth rs 1699; order no. 1207087014 from snapdeal.com. the product was faulty dint work properly. so i returned the product as direct by the snapdeal representative on 4th September 2013, courier reciept of which is attached. Complaint no.of the product is 3065280 with regeistered mobile no 9034444478. They returned the courier money but apart from that i haven’t received any confirmation call that product has been delivered or not. despite my regular follow up calls they dint respond till now. i m directed every time to wait for 24 hours and will get a call from snapdeal. but unfortunately till now neither i got a call nor the refund money.

strict ction against them to refund my money back plus the compensation charges for the hardship caused on account of poor customer service
