SnapDeal – delivered the product late and finally a defective product

I have ordered ASUS fonepad 7 ME372CG (Order no:1562435143)on 01-01-2014. First they delivered the product late and finally a defective product.The tablet is not getting switched ON neither it is showing indications of charging. Upon contacting the customer care i got the reply that i should visit the ASUS service centre and if they are giving certificate that the product is defective then only they will replace it. hence, they have not taken any action to replace the defective product though i have intimated the customer support team thru e-mail

i want the replacement in 2 working days or else full money refund with 12% interest which i am paying as service tax to the bank for paying thru credit card.
