I have ordered a Transcend 2GB RAM in Snapdeal on 11th may 2014 and i received the product by 14th may 2014. When I opened the courier I found that the product packing looks something different. Then, I have done a product verified with the origin of product manufacturer (Transcend) customer care and they have also confirmed that the product which Snapdeal has delivered to was the FAKE one. I have registered a compliant on that day itself (14th may 2014)to refund my money back and made a several calls to Snapdeal (+91 92126 92126) but they simply asking me to wait for 48hrs but till now nothing has happened. Could you please help me to resolve this issue. My order number (ID)with Snapdeal is: 2086541881
It would be nice to get my money back. However people like Snapdeal must be punished for their irresponsible job and laziness. I would request you to ban the Snapdeal or else 100 times of my product price has to be claimed from Snapdeal as a relief to the consumer. Then only Snapdeal will pay attention to the customer complaints.
