Snapdeal – Did Not Give Freebie

snapdeal . Complaint Number: 8794949….ORDER NO. : 2674065350 Poor Service: I am really not happy with the support / service from Snapdeal. I received the IFB product but I didnt get the FREEBIE as promised. I called 10 times and requested for callback and no one called me…. I just asked onething… If i get freebie I will use the product else i will return, since 5 days i didnt open the product, IFB technician is calling daily to give a demo..how long should i deny his request…. Just tell me …Yes or No….so that i can go forward accordingly…. It just takes two simple phone calls to resolve the issue. Yet your company makes me wait for 5 days. I have raised more than 10 complaints and called snapdeal more than 15 times and spoken to supervisors also. But I have not received any concrete details. Why are you so determined to harass your customers and destroy your brand? The details of the case are as follows: 22nd august: I ordered the product 25th august: shipped by seller Complaint raised on: 25th Aug 2014 On 28th I escalated the issue to Customer Care, Floor Supervisor Name: Hitesh… he told that I well get response within 24 hours for sure..Till 30th Aug, i didnt get any response, again I called them…. Its minimum ethics, you should revert back to customer and update the status at lest… Hope you will solve it soon else I will take this issue to Consumer Court. I also request you to provide Toll Free Number, how long should I call and loose my balance, its nearly RS 150, I lost for calling you.
