I am a student and ordered a calculator from snapdeal.com – Texas Instruments BA II Professional calculator for my studies. The calculator seems to be duplicate since on packing the warranty is 3 years and at the back side it is written as 2 years. On the front side of packing the model is correctly spelled i.e; “Texas” and on the back side on the sticker it is shown as “Taxas”. I doubt that the calculator is duplicate and did not open it and asked for a replacement to snapdeal team (complaint no. 3462210). I am following up for last 4 days regarding the same and the executives are telling that I will receive a call withing next 24 hours but no one has called me up even no one replied to the email I sent. I have followed up with snapdeal team many times but there is no response from their side.

I want this item to be returned as soon as possible and refund the money back to my card used at the time of transaction.
