Purchased Eureka Forbes Aquaflow DX from Snapdeal (www.snapdeal.com) on 21st Oct, 2014, [Order No. 3282805684 Delivery Address: Indrajit Pal 10/1, Priya Nath Guha Road, UBI Bank Belghoria Branch North 24 Parganas – 700083 West Bengal] with an assurance of getting the delivery on 31st Oct, 2014. The product was not delivered. I received call from courier company on 6th Nov, 2014, and then I refused to the shipment due to this delay. I called snapdeal for refund, and they said they cannot refund the amount until the shipment is returned. This was nowhere mentioned before. In fact, they have mentioned that if the product is not delivered within 10 days, they would refund the money without any question. (reference: http://www.snapdeal.com/info/TrustPay) My money is with snapdeal from 21st Oct, 2014 till date (22nd Nov, 2014). They are not refunding it and the product is with their courier partner.

I want the refund with interest from after 10 days of dispatching the order, as they have mentioned that they will refund if the product is not delivered within 10 days of dispatch.
