i have ordered a mobile from snapdeal on 2nd of august 2013. On the site, the order information shows that 7th of august is the dispatching date. However when i called the customer care they said the product is not dispatched yet. However according the rules they said if product will not delivered in 10 days the money will be refunded with in 10 next days. This means they are taking money for 20 days and giving false commitment. Please help me to sue them.
I want my money as early as possible. Please tell them to change their rules about refund and commitment about delivery of the products. Those are fake for each and every products on the website.
