Snapdeal and perpetuated fraud on me. I had ordered this product which they claimed is 210 degree Celsius heat resistant. But when I immersed it (used it for the first time today) in barely warm water, it melted. Melted. Can u imagine ur cooking tool melting. This is clear case of cheating and fraud, Kindly take away ur melty product and give me my money back

I want to request you people to make people aware of such doings by Snapdeal to line its pockets for cash. you cannot take consumers for granted. They should be made aware of the fact. I also request a refund so that I can buy a new replacement from some place else
