My order id is – 1057839708 , i bought a onida mobile on 17th , and received it on 24th, but the battery and the 8 gb memory card wasn’t there , i called the customer care many times after and each time after a long wait i hear the same thing ” we are following up with the merchant and get back to you within 24 hours” But nothing happens . its already been more than two weeks now ,My complain no which i got from snapdeal is 2420923 when i called them on 28th
i paid 769/- for the order and i called them for 6 to 7 times which cost me 100/- , And besides this i was in deep mental tension since they were not giving me any confirmation mail or satisfactory answers.
i want 1000/- form them
