SnapDeal – Item Not Delivered, Customer Service

i have ordered “AMERICAN TOURISTER BACKBAG” in SNAPDEAL on 10/08/14.and expected delivery date is before 14/08/14.but still i haven’t received and i didn’t get proper response from SNAPDEAL executives.i have informed three times.but they didn’t responded me properly.i am so much frustrated due to their poor response.

i have order this product as a gift for my friend.due to this delay i could t make it.he went to foreign . so i am disappointed very much
