Snapdeal – laptop refused to provide in-site warranty

I purchased Samsung NP355V5C-S051N laptop (Serial no. JNUG98FD3A3L7P) from Snapdeal e-retailer (Reference no- PI137449480910) with invoice no- 2286266 on Purchase date- 1 June, 2013. At the time of purchase I was promised in-site warranty by Samsung. However when I contacted them a week ago, they refused to provide in-site warranty citing a retrospective change in policies enacted on 1 March, 2014 according to which they will not provide any in-site warranty. I argued that any change in the policy cannot apply of purchases made before 1st March, 2014. There cannot be retrospective changes in the policy. I was promised in-site warranty for 1 year, I should receive as per promised. How negating the premise on which the product was sold to me does not amount to cheating? I request you to take the logical call on this. I have the transcripts of e-mail communication between me and various customer care representatives of Samsung over the past week. Thank you.
