Dear Sir/Madam, I have purchased online LED TV from snap deal and i received a damaged product. please find below sequence of incident as it happened:- I am once again reiterating the whole sequence for your reference to make sure how and when things happened with my product. 1. Raised order through Snap Deal for Toshiba LED TV-20th Dec’13 2. Due date for Delivery was 27th Dec which I followed up more than 20 times then got reply from Gati(snap deal courier partner) that it will be delivered on 28th, after so many follow up I received the product on 28th Dec’13. 3. After receiving the Product I did not opened the Product box and called up Toshiba local customer care number ( 8871068353/7509063094) for free installation of the product which they committed to come on 31st and do the installation. 4. On 31st Dec’13 Toshiba service centre technician came and opened the box did the wall mount and when switched it on to do the connection found out that the TV panel is broken and immediately asked me to call the customer care centre of Snap Deal. 5. I have raised the complain with Snal deal (complaint no-4543279)about damaged product on 31 dec’13 6. Please note in all the process/happening I never touched/opened the product . 7. on 31st dec got mail back from snal deap to send photo graph of damaged product and pack the Tv in as is condition and they said as per their policy pick up will happen in 4 business days. 8. Since that day every day am calling them for pick up of damaged product and refund of my amount but they are just elaying it with everday new reasons. 9. till date no action is taken rom their end. 10. amattaching all mail chains for your reference in doc format for your reference.

i want refund of my money as well as compensation for mental torture they had given to me by makin me run for pillar to post and not giving exact details, they misguided me .
