Snapdeal – Mobile Defective Delay in Reverse Pick Up

Sir I J. Udaya kumar recently in andra Pradesh want to complain against oplus company from which I have purchased one mobile phone online via snapdeal . the mobile I got found to be defective as its speakers damaged in 2 weeks only. I asked for its maintenance as in warranty and was told to wait for 48 hrs for the pick up boy to reach and complain was launched. It has been more than week and half and no response by company.

Want the company to correct the problem soon and apolozise for negligence and wasting my time.
