SnapDeal Mondey Deducted Without Order Completion

I tried to order a “CREATIVE SBS A120 multimedia speaker” set on 12 december 2014. The order couldn’t be completed but the due amount of Rs 1299 was deducted from my SBI account. I called the customer care representative who said that the amount would be refunded within 2-3 days. So, I tried once more and completed the order and this time too, same amount was deducted. I contacted Snapdeal thrice via email but the refund has not been made yet. I have paid the same amount twice for one order.

I demand refund of Amount deducted twice from my bank account for one order.
