I have ordered 16 GB pen drive on 23 Aug. 2013 order no. 1207403686 in snap deal .com courier through DTDC courier Doc. no. X03619672 After many communication with snap deal representatives on telephone & by mail but they are not resend my ordered product or not refund my paid amount I communicate with DTDC courire local office also (09301624452, 07313916630, 09752412987 ) but they replied that they have not recieved courier in MP region & courier resend from delhi office to snap deal office.
