i called a champion Halogen heater from Snapdeal.com on 27 December,2013, next day i received a damaged product, then i called +919212692126(customer care), the representative said that he will send he en email and I’ve to reply on it with pics of the damaged product attached to it and the respond of which will come in 48 hours,I did that and waited for 48 hours, after 48 hours i received a call from Snapdeal on 30 December,2013 , the representative said that i also have to send the photos of outer packaging(snapdeal) and inner brand packaging, so i did that. then on 01 January,2014 i called them than this time the representative said that he didn’t received any email, then i again send the email as the reply of the email, then i got a message on 02, January,2014 that my product will be collected within 4 days, then i made the product ready for the return, after 4 days when no one came, i again called Snapdeal on 6 January, then representative said the previous day was sunday and they did not count the day when they send message, i again remained with dissatisfied and now Its 10 january, 2014, and the product is still with me, no one came to pick it up.
I want my money refunded and the replacement of the heater as the compensation
