I have purchase one ambranes mini laptop through online with 5000 from Snap deal after next days they are not correctly working am call to snap deal customer care they are told that you just courier to ambranes courier service they are check and provide the service.that time i can told you that i don’t need to service..you can exchange my laptop.they are saying service centre people check it if major problem is there then they are exchange otherwise repair your laptop and given to you.i can send my product through courier after 25 days return same product with repair..after 10 days i face problem once again screen problem .i have call more than 10 times..they are not responding at all..

I want to refund my all money i don’t need to service its almost 4 to 5 month over..they are not responding..you can’t believe i can’t use this product 10 days atleast..so kindly take against them and return my money or i want at least change my product
