After that i requested a refund request and snapdeal still didn’t pick up the product for refund.They claim to pick up within 48 hours. Also i placed a new order for the same product and again i got a wrong product. I have paid 2 times for a single product and both the times i got wrong product. I have placed 2 times refund request but they are not responding. They only say to me to wait wait and wait for pickup of their product. I have called them more than 50 times but they are not listening. Its totally torture and frustrating. What can i do..please help me on this! You are my last hope..they have really disappointed me.i will never do shoppibg with them again. Its humiliation..and snapdeal is doing nothing their customer service is useless. Worst online shopping experience ever!
